We establish the boundaries of parcels of land from the size of a city lot to entire blocks. The process then moves to the preparation of a plat with an accompanying legal description. Lastly the survey is concluded with the setting of markers at the corners of the property. Residential boundary surveys, as with all other boundary surveys will comply with the Current Minimum Standards for Property Boundary Surveys adoped by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
